Choose the installed software option when you want maximum control of your data & SMART Suite applications. As an install customer, all servers are owned and maintained by the customer; licensed users download a SMART Suite on to there servers and install either using user friendly manuals, using remote assistance from our technical consultants. Also you can opt to get SMART Suite Application consultants, who can guide you through the entire implementation cycle.

• This is a perpetual license. Upgrades and technical support are supplied for an additional fee, referred to as Upgrade Assurance (UA).
• UA or Annual Maintenance Contracts are renewed annually, based on a set percentage of the license price.
